"Write It" is Ran's 1st single after his latest release "Greener Pastures" (2022).
The song was produced by Ran and co-producer Erez Frank as part of the recording sessions for "Greener Pastures", however, Ran decided to leave it out of the album, as he felt like it doesn't fit the album and would do better as a standalone song.
The song is influenced by some of Ran's favourite artists of the 90s, such as "Beck" & "The Beta Band" but also by more modern sounding artists like "Broken Bells" and "Milky Chance".
The song is a paradoxical outlook at the process of writing a song, with a comic atmosphere and a catchy chorus.
"Don't let the sh*t fall down on you, even when it's pouring".
